It is our policy to take a deposit prior to commencement of work on your website.

Once we have completed our initial draft we will contact you to let you know how to view the site for vetting.

We will then agree with you any changes, improvements etc. that you require.

We will iterate through this process until you are happy that the website is as you want it and only then will we ask for final payment.

Upon final payment we will:-

Make the site live within 48 hours (subject to our having control over your domain name. If your domain name is hosted elsewhere we will do our utmost to have it transferred or repointed within this timescale but this is dependant upon your existing host).

Submit your site to all major search engines within 48 hours.

Configure any agreed emails within 48 hours/ 

We will contact you within 48 hours to ensure that  all of these things have been carried out.

Finally upon request we will deliver to you (by making available a file for download or on disc through normal post) all source files for the site including all images and a backup of the database at the time of the request.
